The status of Middle Burke apartments is as follows:
- Basement wet wall rendering continuing.
- Level 1 – plasterboard sheeting finished
- Level 2 & 3 plasterboard sheeting continuing
- Level 1 – water proofing finished, tiling continuing
- Level 2 & 3 – Waterproofing continuing, tiling commenced
- Level 1, 2 – carbineting partly finished.
